Invite your favorite little girls and boys to a Sunday afternoon at The Ivy! The book shop will be transformed into Miss Clavel’s room (in a house covered with vines, of course) on Sunday, December 2 from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. with a visit from Miss Clavel of Ludwig Bemelman’s Madeline series.

Miss Clavel will read some of her favorite snippets from the books and, of course, she will also answer questions from children and parents alike because everyone wants to know more about the darling antics that make looking after her twelve little girls so much fun.

Refreshments will be available for all.

Join Miss Clavel at the Ivy Bookshop, 6080 Falls Road, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 2. For more information, visit the Ivy Bookshop website.

Miss Clavel, played by Antonia Blucher, has toured cities throughout the country as part of a literary theme-trip tour. The tour company also provides American Girl, Junie B. Jones, Alexander and Harry Potter on its theme trips.
