The former Wishbone Reserve/Get Shredded space in Hampden isn’t staying vacant long after the tenants moved out in September.

The operators of Modern World Baltimore, a bottle shop at 1006 W. 36th Street that features non-alcoholic and specialty goods, snacks and gifts, announced on Instagram that their business will be moving to the former Wishbone Reserve/Get Shredded building at 3811 Falls Road in late November or early December – and it will have company.

“We will not be alone in this huge new space!” they said. “This will also house our new project, Heads Up Gallery, a home for Outsider and Weirdo art.”

Wishbone Reserve, a vintage and antiques store, opened in Mount Washington in 2015 and moved to Hampden in 2018. The operators of Modern World Baltimore said they will remain open in their current space – the former Hampden Junque emporium operated by Michal Makarovich — until the end of November.

“We are so excited for this new venture and the ability to stretch our legs a bit,” they said. “Thank you Baltimore for continuing to support us. You will not want to miss what’s coming!”
