Non-profit Healthy Neighborhoods will host “Seven Great Neighborhoods, 100 Great Homes” next Saturday, September 24 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Patterson Park Public Charter School Cafeteria. The event will focus on available rehabbed and foreclosed homes in the neighborhoods Belair-Edison, Better Waverly, Coldstream-Homestead-Montebello, Ednor Gardens, Patterson Park and Elderberry Park, Old Goucher and Reservoir Hill and discuss incentives and qualifications for the National Stabilization Program, a government program to help keep neighborhoods from falling apart despite record foreclosures.
