Street artist Morley and PostSecret founder Frank Warren discuss Morley’s new collection of “art and other novelties.”
Morley is a Los Angeles-based street artist specializing in bold, typographic posters which he wheat pastes within the urban landscape. Blending humor, hope and his unique perspective on life, Morley acts as a friendly voice amongst the cacophony of billboarded messages and corporate slogans. This voice was given a face when he began includng an image of himself in each of his pieces, creating a more intimate relationship between the artist and the audience than many of his anonymous contemporaries would allow.
Featuring a forward by PostSecret founder Frank Warren, If You’re Reading This, There’s Still Time collects Morley’s art and other novelties.
“By turns whimsical, provocative, and transformative, Morley’s intriguing public art re-opens us to our collective sense of wonder. I loved this book.” — Davy Rothbart, creator of Found Magazine, author of My Heart Is an Idiot and contributor to public radio’s This American Life
