The ability to travel freely about the region could be one of the major impacts of a big snowstorm, and the MTA is already making schedule adjustments ahead of Winter Storm Jonas. Here’s info that was provided so far on bus, light rail, subway and the MARC, direct from MTA:
Service will begin to be reduced at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 22. The reintroduction is currently scheduled to begin on on Monday, Jan. 25, but depends on road conditions.
Service will be suspended at 11 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 22, but could be earlier. The restart time has yet to be announced.
All Light Rail service will be reduced on Friday, Jan. 22.
Running an “S” schedule on all three lines for Friday, Jan. 22. Service is reduced.
