Baltimore’s celebrated farmers markets already offer quite a selection of goods, but soon you may be able to purchase a little hair of the dog that bit you along with your cream-top milk and artisan breads.

That’s because Maryland lawmakers, wise souls that they are, passed a bill that will allow Maryland’s smallest breweries (Heavy Seas and Evolution Craft Brewing are too big!) to sell beer at farmers markets.

They won’t necessarily be able to set up shop every week, and customers will be limited to one case apiece. But sampling  will be allowed!
