Did you know that Scoozi opened? Yes, last month as we were all in the middle of the holiday rush, the new Italian restaurant at the Radisson Hotel in The Village of Cross Keys had its soft opening. The 120-seat restaurant serves pizza, salads and pasta dishes created by Culinary Institute of America graduate and Scoozi Chef Tim Robertson. It is located in the space that used to house Crossroads Restaurant and it is part of the Radisson’s $6 million renovation. The new space includes a show kitchen and a hearth oven.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday through Saturday.
