This week’s spotlight is on Amber from our Orangetheory Fitness Ahwatukee studio. Since starting OTF a year and a half ago, she’s lost 85 pounds and has found exactly what she was looking for from a fitness standpoint! She says, “I have always been athletic but there has never been a sport or workout that has challenged me physically and mentally the way that OTF workouts do.
