ANNAPOLIS, Md. – A week-long campaign is attempting to shed light on one of the bay’s most important shellfish: oysters.

Restaurants and sellers say the oyster business is struggling.

Chesapeake Oyster Week is hosted by the Oyster Recovery Partnership with the hopes of raising awareness of these shellfish.
