Mount Vernon was the place to be this weekend for anyone looking to stock up on gardening supplies and advice at Baltimore’s annual Flower Mart.

Vendors surrounded Baltimore’s Washington Monument to sell flowers, herbs, and other plants to purchase.

And it wouldn’t be Flower Mart without lemon sticks — the simple but iconic Baltimore sweet treat featuring a peppermint stick stuck in the center of a lemon half.
