Distinctive pink accents are a great way to stand out. Police found the pop of color helpful during a recent robbery investigation.
Baltimore Police said they tracked down and arrested 17-year-old Zyshawn Bryan in a recent robbery that happened just west of Patterson Park.
A woman reported being robbed by two men and a woman Tuesday in the 2200 block of Bank St. She said she was held up at gunpoint, and put in a chokehold. The suspects took her purse, but the assailants dropped it.
Later, an officer stopped 17-year-old Zayshawn Brian walking near Baltimore and Decker Streets. They found the pink and black gun, which was loaded, as well as a black ski mask. Brian was charged as an adult with robbery and assault.
Police ran a check, and found that the gun was reported stolen from Baltimore County in 2015. Now that police are releasing the picture, perhaps the original owner will spot it, as well.
