The Ravens canceled practice Aug. 21 and head coach John Harbaugh took the players on a team-building excursion that included a tour of the Pentagon, a visit to John F. Kennedyโ€™s grave at Arlington National Cemetery and a wreath-laying at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

โ€œFootball is a meritocracy, and our team has worked hard throughout this offseason and training camp. Our coaches appreciate and respect that effort,โ€ Harbaugh said in a statement. โ€œThe team deserves a day away from the fields and meetings and an opportunity to spend some time together away from the facility.โ€
