I think I would call it a “burger-inspired food stack.” Or maybe, “whoops-I-forgot-my-plate-at-this-cookout-oh-hey-here’s-a-stick-just-put-everything-on-that.”
But whatever it truly is, M&T Bank Stadium’s new “Tailgater Burger” will be available to purchase (and then attempt to consume) at Baltimore Ravens home games this season — at $18 apiece. According to Baltimore Business Journal, you’ll find this thing at stand 152.
Aramark describes it as a “grass fed beef burger, with American cheese, applewood bacon, kielbasa sausage, Maryland crab dip and beer battered onion rings, on a pretzel roll, topped with buffalo chicken wings.” Well, I hope the wings are boneless!
