Join the BMI and UMBC graduate student, Chris Blume, for a FREE program about the connection between urban ecology and industry in Baltimoreโ€”using bats!ย Learn about the types of bats found in Baltimore, and how they contribute to industry. Then build a bat box to provide roosting spots to help maintain bat populations. Bat box kits are provided for FREE.

While youโ€™re busy building bat boxes, the Dark Knight himself will be at the BMI keeping an eye out for any funny business at the Farmersโ€™ Market and taking pictures with the fine citizens of Baltimore. Meetings and pictures are FREE.

Batman wonโ€™t be the only superhero at the BMI! Come support the industrial super heroes of tomorrow at the 6th annual Baltimore Childrenโ€™s Business Fair.
