Sub shop Subplicity recently opened in the former Garden American Eatery space at 1501 Light St. in Federal Hill. This is the second location for the restaurant which was started in Breezewood, PA.
Subplicity is a concept from Joseph and Sujitra Park. Joseph Park is a Baltimore-area native and attended the Culinary Institute of America. His father owns a retail building in Breezewood, PA, and when a Quiznos closed a location at the site, Joseph Park used it as an opportunity to start Subplicity. They sold the Breezewood location in April of this year and found an opportunity to open another location in Federal Hill.
