This week has been cold and snowy, but preparations for another great Summer at Friends are already underway! Summer at Friends has been the camp for Baltimore children for more than 55 years, and their popular camps fill quickly. With programs for campers ages 4 to 13, and numerous on-campus special activities, there is something for everyone!
Traditional Day Camps (such as Junior, Intermediate, and the Senior Experience) feature daily swim instruction, daily specials such as art and activity, and flexible weekly scheduling.
Fine Arts Camps, with options ranging from popular drama camps (Imagination Alive and Take Two!) to Rock with Friends and dance camps, are available for budding artists, actors, dancers, and musicians.
Summer at Friends Sports Camp is designed for campers who want to have fun, play games, and learn new skills. This year campers will focus on baseball, soccer, volleyball, flag football, and basketball.
Rounding out the summer camp options are the Creative Technology Camps. These camps feature hands on activities including Claymation, Lego Robotics, photography and more.
Lunch, beverage, and snack are included in the weekly fee. Friends School’s convenient location provides facilities specifically designed for camper-aged children. Extended Day packages include camp plus extended day for one low fee! Camp runs from June 18 to August 10, 2018 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Extended Day hours: 7:30 – 9:00 am and 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
