In the latest installment of “Bill Murray Movie Night,” Federal Hill beer bar Brewer’s Cask is showing Wed Anderson’s witty 2001 redemption tale, “The Royal Tenenbaums.”
What a story, Mark. The story of an eccentric man of mysterious Eastern European origins who wrote, financed, directed and starred in “The Room,” what some consider to be the worst movie ever made. That man is Tommy Wiseau, who plays Johnny, an all-American banker in San Francisco who ends up feeling betrayed by everybody and fed up with this world.
Several of Maryland’s Eastern Shore towns will be enjoying some screen time very soon, thanks to a feature flick being filmed there.
