Neil Tucker of the Chesapeake Real Estate Group said that the restaurant was chosen because it is moderately priced and has a hopping bar scene.
“We really liked the idea of opening a Mexican or Tex-Mex concept, and we thought that they fulfilled a void in the marketplace,” Tucker told the BBJ. “It fit our tenant mix really well.”
The restaurant started in Dallas in 1982 and now has locations across the U.S.
