A wellness center has opened at the Village of Cross Keys, where it will offer acupuncture, salt therapy, an infrared sauna, and other services.

Very Well’s new location at 2 Hamill Road, The Quad, Suite 311 will be led by acupuncturist Dr. David Meredith.

“Our goal is to integrate the traditional wisdom of acupuncture with modern wellness devices to more effectively heal the body and calm the mind,” Meredith said in a statement. “During these complicated times, we wanted to create a space where people could come and relax, feel heard, heal what is bothering them, form community, and become inspired to share their unique gifts with the world.”

Services include acupuncture; red light therapy; pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy; a salt room; an infrared sauna; and vibracoustic therapy.

The center is “a haven for those seeking emotional and physical relief through natural and effective approaches. The facility features a unique mix of clinical expertise and spa-like amenities, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating environment,” reads a news release.

The facility will have a lounge area where clients can relax after treatment.

Very Well is also developing activities, events, and classes to help clients achieve their wellness goals.

Clients can purchase memberships for general services or packages that are tailored to their specific wellness goals.

“Our services blend primal forces — light, heat, magnetism, minerals, sound, and life-giving Qi — with advanced technology in a deeply supportive environment,” Meredith said. “This unique combination offers transformative experiences of relaxation, healing, inspiration, empowerment, and community.”

Individuals can learn more about Very Well’s services, sign up for a membership, or book an appointment at www.getverywell.com.
