Weekly Wellness Tip Better Than Crunches
The Stand-Kneel-Stand is a total body exercise that will really engage your core. To perform the exercise stand with your feet hip width apart and hold a dumbbell in front of your chest. Your shoulders should be relaxed and chest lifted. Tighten your core and slowly lower onto one knee and then the other, and then stand back up in the same way. Perform 6 to 10 reps starting with the right leg and 6 to 10 reps with the left leg.
