Does the summer weather have you feeling a little green? Has the road to fall seemed filled with little bumps? Never fear, the world’s largest pickle party is near!
The Big Dill’s World’s Largest Pickle Party will return to Baltimore after smashing its record for attendance in Philadillphia with over 7,500 guests. The My Pickle Era Tour comes to Power Plant Live on Sept. 21.
This will be the famous hot dog sidekick celebration’s fifth year in Baltimore, bringing with it pickle-themed fun for the whole family. There will be live music, gourmet food, interactive games, and more.
Highlights will include pickle sampling, where attendees can sample over 100 types of pickles from vendors in Pickle Row. Pickle Row will feature the most pickle vendors of any pickle festival worldwide. They will compete for Best in Show, a prestigious title for a humble little veggie soaked in brine.
There will be live bands, a Pickle RAVE, DJs, and contests galore, like the World Pickle Eating Championship and the Brine Chug Challenge, which sounds, well…not for the weak of stomach. There will also be a high-level production of a live college game day-style show featuring Chris Bruce and Kim Becker.
Pickle-lovers can indulge in pickle-themed food favorites, including stuffed pickle pretzels, fried pickles, pickle bacon, pickle fries, pickle grilled cheese, pickle egg rolls, pickle pizza, pickle ice cream, and much more. Also, enjoy state fairs and local foodie favorites like burgers, chicken sandwiches, and crab cakes.
Wash it all down with pickle lemonade and custom pickle cocktails and beer! Try pickle backs, pickle margaritas, pickle crushes, adult pickle slushies, pickle shots, pickle Bloody Marys, and more.
For pickle-themed desserts, attendees can treat themselves to hot donuts, churros, cotton candy, ice cream, and marshmallows.
Social media mavens can enjoy custom pickle-themed events and experiences, including a 30-foot pickle inflatable as they enter the party, a pickle-themed parade, and neon swag items with every premium ticket. That’s a great dill!
For active sorts, The Big Dill’s World’s Largest Pickle Party will offer rock wall climbing, pickle pitching, and a pickleball court. Athletes will relish the chance to show off their skills.
For more laid-back entertainment, there will be a 360-photo booth, face painting, and caricature artists.
Shopping enthusiasts will want to pry open the pickle bank for the many craft vendors, craft vendors, clothing, custom bags, jewelry, spices, hot sauces, and more. It is guaranteed guests can spear unique items and take home souvenirs from this epic celebration.
