With our daily commutes to work now consisting of going from our beds to the kitchen table, the traditional radio station skimming has been put aside. But we still look for that extra boost during the day to relax, learn something new or refresh our minds. Music is a great way to do this, but so are podcasts. You may already have a favorite. Within The Associated family of agencies, our professionals have recommended a list of podcasts focusing on their areas of expertise.

Part of The Baltimore Jewish Council’s (BJC) mission is to foster cooperation and understanding within the Jewish community and build relationships and mutual understanding with diverse groups across Maryland through advocacy, education and action. In keeping with these themes, here are a few suggested podcasts.

Voices on Antisemitism
This podcast features a broad range of perspectives about antisemitism from dozens of guests.

The Promised Podcast
An inside view of how Israel can warm your heart and make your blood boil. It’s hosted by a journalist, a professor and an NGO who live in and love Israel. Each week, they discuss the latest in Israeli politics, culture and society.

This podcast provides engaging and informative discussion on the key public issues of our day through the lens of different faith perspectives.
