Blue Agave owner Brian Acquavella told the Baltimore Sun he’s game for the challenge of opening a restaurant at 119 S. Main St. in Bel Air, despite “people saying it’s a space that can’t succeed.”
Acquavella’s long term plans for the space, which has been home to the Main Street Oyster House since late 2013, have yet to be determined. The new said he wants to find a concept that fits “what the community is looking for.”
Acquavella said the Main Street Oyster will remain basically as-is through 2016; “drastic changes” will wait until 2017.
