The BricknFire Pizza Company, whose brick oven on a trailer has been serving fast, gourmet pizza at various Baltimore-area locations for two years now, will be opening a restaurant at Marriott Inner Harbor in June.
According to SouthBMore.com, BricknFire was awarded the 1,200 sq. ft. restaurant space (rent-free for the first six months) as well as partial funding as part of a competition held by the hotel. It will feature an expanded menu — a few salads and sandwiches in addition to the pizzas — and patrons will order at the counter.
Look for a soft opening in June and a grand opening sometime in July.
