With Restaurant Week still hopping, National Oyster Day on the horizon and tons of new restaurant openings announced, this week is an especially exciting one in Baltimore. Here’s a look at what’s happening:

The Trifecta Food Truck Festival rolls into the state fairgrounds Saturday, July 29, featuring food from over 40 food trucks.

With the city’s Restaurant Week kicking off today and Baltimore County’s starting next week, the region’s restaurants have an active month ahead. This week, other news includes food trucks, oysters, donuts, curry puffs and a few high profile openings and announcements.

Happy Artscape, Baltimore! (And happy hottest weekend of the year.) Baltimore’s food scene is offering plenty of reasons to venture outside of your air-conditioned house this week.
