Former NY Times Food Critic Ruth Reichl is Speaking in Baltimore — Tonight!

reichlcatch of the day fish (2)Ruth Reichl was editor of Gourmet Magazine. Before that, she sunk her critical teeth into restaurants for the New York Times and Los Angeles Times. She’s also written memoirs, and raked in James Beard Awards. Now, Reichl is a novelist. And she’ll be talking about her latest book tonight (May 20) at Enoch Pratt Free Library.

Reichl’s novel, Delicious!, is about a food writer who returns to California to take a job at a magazine of the same name. But, Billie Breslin’s journey really begins when the magazine shuts down.

Reichl will be speaking about the book at 7 p.m. in the main hall of the Central Library (400 Cathedral St.). Check out the Enoch Pratt Free Library’s website for details on how to reserve a seat.
