We were sorry to receive this week an email from Fresh! Boutique owner Heidi Slacum announcing that she is closing her store after almost a decade in local retail.
“With much thought and introspection, I have made the tough decision to close my store. I am ready for a new chapter in my life…” she writes in her email.
Heidi first opened her store in 2005 on York Road in Timonium, moved to Green Spring Station a few years later and moved again to Festival at Woodholme just last year. We will miss her cheerful service and great selection. Heidi loved clothes and it showed!
Now she needs to unload everything in the store and by that we mean everything: designer apparel, jewelry, handbags, accessories, furniture, equipment, supplies and more.
“We must sell everything in just a few short weeks. Nothing will be held back. Every single item in our store will be on sale,” she says.
She’s also offering prizes. “We want to make our final sale, a fun event so we are giving away nearly $1,000.00 worth of prizes. Simply mention code: FRESH, for your chance to win! Please feel free to bring in friends and family. We will give you additional points for each person you bring in.” She will honor all store credits through April 19.
The sale is going on now. Store hours: Monday through Saturday, 10-5:30 p.m. There will be contests, prizes and low, low liquidation prices. Fresh! is located at the Festival at Woodholme, 1809 Reisterstown Road in Pikesville.
