Gilman student Connor Mitchell ’18 has been awarded a prestigious NSLI-Y scholarship to study in Moscow for six weeks this summer. This all expenses paid program, sponsored by the U.S. State Department, allows outstanding students to study a “critical language” in a host country.
Additionally, Connor won a silver medal in the recent National Russian Essay Contest.
You could say he’s on a Russian roll.
