On Saturday, June 24 it’s time to get out and work out at Harbor East’s 5th Annual FIT+ Outdoor Fitness Festival! Fit+ (Fit Plus) brings your workout to the streets of Harbor East with a morning into afternoon of free fitness instruction on the 800 block of Aliceanna Street from 9AM-1PM.

Classes sponsored by Maryland Athletic Club, lululemon athletica, Under Armour Brand House, and Charm City Run. Each session will showcase a unique fitness offering – from yoga to boxing and beyond -perfectly timed so guests can sample multiple disciplines and discover their favorite way to sweat! Classes are designed to complement all interests, fitness levels and ages.

9:00AM-9:30AM              Fun Run with Charm City Run

Charm City Run kicks-off FIT+ with a 30-minute run along our beautiful waterfront.

9:40AM-10:10AM           MAC Attack with The MAC
Focus on boot camp-style drills and strength challenges with one of MAC’s top personal trainers, Wayne McFadden. This high-energy session has been a FIT+ favorite year after year.

10:20AM-10:50AM        Power Vinyasa Yoga with lululemon athletica

Sara Handcock will lead you during this fast-paced, more intense style of yoga. Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement, where each pose is matched with a breath.

11:00AM-11:30AM        Zumba with The MAC
This Latin-inspired dance and fitness class fuses fitness and dance into a fun and exhilarating workout. Join Tisha Guthrie for a class that combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body along with aerobic/fitness interval training. You will burn calories.

11:40AM-12:10PM        Yoga Sculpt with lululemon athletica
LA Finfinger infuses her students’ practices with levity, humor and kindness. A true total body workout, this class will leave you feeling invigorated.

12:20PM-12:50PM        “I Will Boxing” with Under Armour
Join Baltimore’s own Franchon Crews, 2015 National Champion and Team USA boxer, for an awesome, high-energy, “old school” boxing class. Learn the boxing basics. Use your will & skill while bobbing & weaving in what is guaranteed to be a great workout.

BONUS:                               Foam Roller Session (9:30AM-1PM)
