We don’t know if you know, but the real estate market is making a comeback. All over the country, interest in buying is up, but inventory is down. Just last Friday, NPR’s Morning Edition aired For Some Ready to Buy, A Good Home is Hard to Find, a story about a Baltimore couple who can’t find a home because there’s “nothing out there.” A few days earlier, however, we received a press release from real estate website Motovo that Baltimore saw a 24 percent increase in inventory from 2012.
So what gives? One thing we know for sure, thousands of houses are listed on the Baltimore Fishbowl Real Estate page everyday. To help you pick through the pack, we’ll highlight one that stands out, our House of the Day, starting today.
No need to thank us. We’re house obsessed, so we’re happy to
waste time looking at house when we should be working choose our favorites. -The Eds.
