Bout That Bread: Half Price Baguettes

The votes are in and you’ve crowned Classic Baguette the pound-for-pound victor of Bout That Bread. Baguette defeated the Whole Wheat Country Loaf in round one, and prevailed over Rye in the final bout. So, as promised, crusty, freshly-baked baguettes will be $1.75 until Sunday. Weekend Lunch in Full Effect

Have you joined us for lunch lately? We’re lighting the hearth every Saturday and Sunday, cooking up house-made sausages, freshly-ground local beef burgers, and classic egg dishes. Not to mention, serving restorative cocktails and farmhouse beers to help you decompress after a stressful week. Weekend lunch begins at 11 a.m. and finishes up at 4 p.m. We hope to see you soon!

CSA Season at Parts & Labor

We’re proud to host CSA pick up for four wonderful farms this year. Weekly drops will begin soon, so we encourage you to sign up while there’s still availability.

Crooked Fence Farm:  Thursdays – 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Karma Farm: Fridays – 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Moon Valley Farm: Tuesdays –  4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Whitelock Community Farm: Wednesdays – 4 pm to 7 pm.

Goats from Many Rocks Farm in Keedysville, MD are back in the shop!  For the duration of the spring and summer, you’ll find goat chops, shanks and porterhouses in the meat case along with house-made Curry Goat sausage.  Learn more No Goat Left Behind movement by checking out the Modern Farmer’s recent piece.
