Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland will welcome a new restaurant to its lineup of various cuisines and dining experiences.

The KOHO Korea BBQ House will open for business in 2023, featuring a variety of traditional Korean dishes, including Korean BBQ meats, entrees, side dishes, desserts, and a full bar, while offering outdoor seating, a private party room and take-out options.

The new venue, which will take the place of Bobby’s Burger Palace, next to The Cheesecake Factory, is just one of the many businesses operated by local restaurant owners Steven Wang and Nick Son.

“We are excited to be partnering with Nick Son and Steven Wang who have the expertise and success to bring a new dining concept to our property.” said Rob Norton, president of Cordish Gaming Group, in a statement. “This restaurant will complement Live!’s commitment to providing our guests with a first-class gaming, entertainment and dining experience.”

With nationally recognized executive Chef Tai Yi Zheng, who brings 25 years of experience managing the operation, co-owner Nick Son is “looking forward to bringing an elevated authentic Korean BBQ dining experience” to the casino for guests and the community.
