Pumpkin spice is getting a new fall-flavored friend.

McCormick & Company has released a new Old Bay Caramel seasoning, which it will sell online only for a limited time.

The seasoning unites the 18 herbs and spices of the traditional Old Bay with “luscious caramel flavor for the perfect sweet-and-salty mix,” McCormick officials said in a news release.

With autumn on the horizon, the seasoning is making its debut at just the right time, according to the company.

“This blend is the perfect seasoning to have as we make the transition from summer to fall,” they said.

McCormick has some suggestions for how to incorporate the new seasoning into dishes, including recipes for apple cider, blondies and even salmon.

The caramel concoction is the latest flavor experiment out of McCormick.

Earlier this summer, McCormick teamed up with Campbells Snacks to premiere Old Bay-flavored Goldfish crackers.

In 2020, the spice company released Old Bay hot sauce, which sold out within an hour. Last year, they brought back the sauce permanently.
