Olympic champ and Towson boy-done-good, Michael Phelps has put his 4,000-square-foot Baltimore condo on the market, reports The Real Estalker. The three-bedroom townhouse in the private community of The Crescent at Fells Point has views of the marina from an upper-floor balcony as well as modern interiors. Phelps bought the property for $1.7 million in 2007. The current asking price is listed as the murky “price upon request,” but The Real Estalker guesses Phelps wants between $1 and $1.5 million.
Rumored next residences? Either the Pasadena mansion-on-the-water we wrote about last summer or a condo at the Ritz-Carlton Residences where his mom has a place.
