Over the weekend, a group of Nazi Satanists, or more likely, some dumb kid, tagged four locations in Pikesville (including the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation) with graffiti of swastikas, pentagrams, “666,” and the like.
From the article in the Baltimore Sun, it sounds like the vandal(s) were mostly working from some kind of hate-filled Wingdings font. “[S]wastikas, a hand holding up a middle finger, pentagrams, and a Star of David with a swastika inside it” covered one location.
Elsewhere, a car was tagged with a pentagram and the word “Satan.” You know what they say, if you can’t be creative, be offensive.
Police are investigating the incidents as a possible hate crime.
