The Charleston’s executive chef Cindy Wolf will appear on the March 31 episode of Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay — Viewing party at Pazo.
The competition series features a two-round format. First two chefs compete, improvising off a “secret ingredient.” The winner of that round challenges Flay with their signature dish.
Of course, we won’t know how Wolf fared until Thursday, but the James Beard Award finalist told Baltimore magazine she “really enjoyed” the experience. So much so, that now she wants to go on Iron Chef.
The Foreman Wolf-owned Pazo will host a viewing party starting at 8 p.m. The event will double as a fundraiser for No Kid Hungry.
