Do you know any Powerball players in Frederick, Capitol Heights or Bladensburg?
Well, sorry to say, it wasn’t me after all. Not only did I not win the $1.5 billion grand prize; I didn’t even get the lousy $1 million consolation prize. Of all the luck.
The Baltimore Sun reported that the three winning (but not winning winning) tickets were sold at a Wawa in Frederick, an Amoco in Capitol Heights, and a 7-Eleven in Bladensburg.
There were three jackpot-winning tickets sold in California, Florida, and Tennessee.
There was approximately a 15-percent chance that no one would have picked the winning numbers.
