Local jewelry designer Rebecca Myers will debut her signature fine jewelry line, , when she opens her jewelry gallery at on December 3. The gallery will offer Myers’ individual designs as well as a curated selection of one-of-a-kind jewelry, gifts and art from American based artists. The owner and independent jewelry designer will join legendary Baltimore icon Betty Cooke, further establishing The Village of Cross Keys as a jewelry destination and gift giving mecca. A special holiday gift consultation will kick off the opening day celebrations from 10 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 3, along with a welcoming reception from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Myers, who has been designing and producing her own line of fine jewelry for over twenty years, hopes her space will bring momentum to the Baltimore shopping scene. “I am thrilled to introduce our store to the Baltimore community. My vision is to create an ambience that celebrates interesting, impeccably made designs in jewelry. I look forward to joining some of Baltimore’s most iconic retailers and restaurants at The Village of Cross Keys and providing a fine jewelry destination for accessories that you can’t find anywhere else.”
The industrial chic space will include a contemporary showroom up front, with a jewelry production studio located in the back where Myers’ skilled bench jewelers help to fabricate each piece. Rebecca Myers Collection is inspired by the beauty in natural forms, resulting in a vibrant collection of decidedly chic accessories. Rebecca’s pieces, which include earrings, bracelets, necklaces and rings, embrace the contrast in texture, color and materials in a line of feminine designs that nod to nature.
“Our jewelry is a commitment to understated luxury in organic form. We appeal to women who have a confident sense of their own style. We give individuals the ability to be more adventurous in creating a signature look,” says Myers.
Selections range from every-day wearable pieces, jewelry for professional women, couture statement pieces and a unique bridal line. Currently, Rebecca Myers Collection is organized into four lines: Animal Print, Bark & Branch, Bee & Flower and Halo. The Bridal line is selected within these four collections, which gives brides, and soon grooms, the freedom to seek out their own interpretation of what an engagement ring and wedding band should be.
Recognizing a niche in the market for studio made high-end accessories, Myers will feature pieces by prominent designers in her space including Baltimore-based Shana Kroiz, Gabriel OFiesh, Devta Doolan, Bree Richey, Adrienne Wiegmann, Pat Flynn, Evy Edelman, Liz Garvin and Biba Schutz.
Rebecca Myers Collection, located at 14 Village Square at the Village of Cross Keys, will be open Monday – Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
