Come to Le Garage in Hampden Wednesday, December 10 for a night of bourbon tasting, beer drinking, and whole hog eating. They will be offering a bourbon flight of three for $15 dollars, which includes Pappy Van Winkle 10 or 12 year (as long as it lasts), Buffalo Trace and Eagle Rare. They’ll also offer a few barrel-aged beers to enjoy with your spirits! Chef Eric will be breaking down a whole hog from Catoctin Mountain Farm (MD) and offering a selection of pork dishes from every part of the pig (head, feet, shoulder, loin, belly, ham). Catoctin Mountain raises their woodland heritage pigs in Carroll County, Maryland.
No tickets needed, pay as you go.

Head and trotter terrine, with assorted pickles and bread / $9
“Cowboy” pork chop, persimmon, smashed potatoes, cippolinis, bourbon jus / $25

Also, I hear that Patrick is making some delicious eggnog…so, try that, too!
