This weekend, Baltimore City Public Schools, Under Armour, and MedStar Health are partnering in a back-to-school event offering free sports physicals to hundreds of high school students for the 2025-2026 school year.

The event is free, and focuses on wellness, sports readiness, and back-to-school preparation. MedStar Health will provide free physicals and community health resources. There will be giveaways, sports bra education, Gatorade nutrition demonstration, and light refreshments.

The day also includes field games like Jenga and cornhole, free t-shirts and a customization station. Space is limited, though, so registration is required. Each time slot (two per day) can accommodate 200 high school student-athletes.

Taking place at the Under Armour Global Headquarters on 101 Performance Dr., Baltimore, MD, the time slots are as follows:

Friday, July 25, 2025

  1. 3 โ€“ 5 p.m.
  2. 5:30 โ€“ 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, July 26, 2025

  1. 8 โ€“ 10 a.m.
  2. 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Baltimore City Public Schools high school student-athletes can register for their preferred time slot and download the forms they need at this link. A parent or guardian must accompany the student-athlete, and the forms must be completed before the event. View the full flyer here in English and Spanish.
