Today marks the 81st anniversary of the repeal of Prohibition in 1933. And tonight, Rye Fell’s Point will celebrate Repeal Day! The party is speakeasy style, complete with prohibition-era cocktails, a jazz trio and a ‘secret’ entrance on a side street on Lancaster. Says Rye’s Doug Atwell, “Give the secret password to our guy out in the alley. No password, no drink – them’s the breaks.”
Those who come in period-style dress will also get a discount on their tab.
