The shops at Kenilworth will host a Halloween parade on October 30th and there will be trick or treating and a costume contest along Falls Road, 36th Street and Chestnut Avenue in Hampden starting at 5 p.m. on the 31st.
Pop the cork and celebrate Samuel Parker Clothier’s new Cross Keys location with bubbly! The shop will host a Fall Champagne Open House on Saturday, October 25th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Head to “Yappy Hour” at Stevenson Village’s Mutts, Merlot & Merriment. From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 25th. Several Village shops, including Stone Mill Bakery, Lori K, Papers Plus and Liza Byrd, will donate 10% of sales from the event to the Maryland SPCA.
Katwalk Boutique hosts two pop-up shops: Hair Affair by Minktresses and Loud Love Accessories from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, October 25th. Stop in for a drink and to browse and order custom items to arrive before the holidays. Plus, now through October 31st, coats and jackets at Katwalk are 15% off.
Calling all expecting moms: On Sunday, October 26th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Wee Chic Boutique in the Village of Cross Keys and (cool) progeny will host CRAVINGS: A Pop-Up Babymoon for New and Expectant Moms. Perks include private shopping, a great swag bag, neck massages, mocktails and chances to win some great gear.
Think Pink at Fashion Saves Lives: Celebrating the Beauty of Breast Cancer Early Detection, a fashion show hosted by the American Breast Cancer Foundation in collaboration with the Johns Hopkins Breast Center. Held on Hopkins’ Bayview campus on Tuesday, October 28th from 7 p.m to 10 p.m., the event includes a fashion show and design challenge judged by local fashion celebs as well as food, exhibits and even dancing.
And finally, on Thursday, October 30th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Radcliffe Jewelers in Towson Town Center will host a trunk show featuring the classic jewelry of Elizabeth Locke. Don’t miss it.
That’s the scoop for this week’s shopping report. But there’s plenty more where that came from! Check back throughout the weekend for more from the new Baltimore Fishbowl Weekend.
