Small business weekend is coming. What better gift to give than the gift of wellness this holiday season – we could all use some after 2020! Spa Adagio will be celebrating Small Business Weekend. On Saturday, 11/28, from 3pm – 6pm, enjoy specials on membership promotions, gift certificates and take a tour of the spa, taking in the old charm of the former rectory of St. Patrick’s Church.

This season, shop small and give big with The Shops at Kenilworth. On Small Business Saturday, November 28, from 11am – 2pm, shop online or in person at The Shops at Kenilworth. For each purchase at the local retailers*, $5 will be donated to the Kennedy Krieger Institute – up to $3, 000!
Check off your holiday list while shopping small – and for a good cause! Check in with individual businesses for hours and curbside pickup policy. Joining in-person? Amazon and Target are doing just fine! If there is any year to support small businesses it’s this one and what better place to do so than Baltimore’s largest hub of locally owned boutiques, restaurants, and cafés located at Green Spring Station.
With COVID protocols in place for safe and sanitized browsing, Green Spring Station offers something for everyone on your list–from the trendsetter to the home chef to the tiny tyke.
And, we are offering our shoppers a $25 gift certificate all weekend long!
Shoppers who spend $250 or more in same day receipts on Friday, November 27-Sunday, November 29, 2020 will receive a $25 gift certificate to the GSS shop or restaurant of their choice for a future visit.

This year, Small Business Saturday is on November 24th, the Saturday following Thanksgiving and marks the start of the holiday shopping season.
Nearly four months ago, a flash flood changed the lives of business owners on Ellicott City’s Main Street by dumping six inches of rain and sending a surge of water crashing through their historic section of town. Tomorrow morning, most of those merchants will finally be back in business.
